I'll just get right to it: I'm 25 years old. I live in the USA. I've been doing light PE on and off for nearly six months. I don't know a lot of the technical terms but mostly manual stretching, typically in this order, each for just a few seconds the first time around, then longer each time I repeat the sequence: straight down, left, right, from behind right-handed, from behind left-handed, up, left, right, from behind both hands again, and repeat a few times. I also do occasional jelqing but at the moment I'm not going much for gains in girth. Before I started doing any PE I was 5.75" long and 5.5" circumference. I am now 6.5" long and 5.9" circumference. I took a nearly daily log for a while but I learned that I was measuring length incorrectly (by standing flush against a table, and measuring from the edge of the table). My measurements during that time fluctuated from 5.5" to nearly 8" within even days, so obviously there was something amiss with my method. It seems most people here post goals so I'll shoot for 7.5" length and 6.5" circumference. Of course if that works I can easily see myself getting really into it and I'd of course keep going, though I don't think I'd ever want more than 9" x 7". I'm not unhappy with what I have, my wife is very small and orgasms multiple times very quickly as it is, so it's more a personal endeavor. I'm not really sure what all the measurement lingo is, bone pressed, non-bone pressed etc. Could someone please help me find the resources on their meanings? I intend to keep a pretty good progress log once I get started in the right direction, with lots of pics. I really don't understand why there are so few good progress logs. I hope to hear back from the community! |

Hey whats up im new to pegym. im trying to start chemical PE, but just want more info about it. also what is the best way to get pge1 and igf1? what are best doses and times per week?

Thanks, Kingpole, for introducing me to The PE Gym Forums. It's great to join such an attractive P.E. site. Hope my strength, hope and experience can help my fellow P.E.'ers. A little about myself: I've been jerking my dick since October 2003. The 7th was my 5th anniversary. What a ride it has been! And I've made some great P.E. pals along the way. My penis is longer, thicker, and harder than ever, so I can't imagine stopping practicing P.E. It has become a life-long pursuit and like all my physical, spiritual, and intellectual activities, I plan to continue P.E. until I leave this planet.

Hey G4, welcome here. On March 13th was my 5 year anniversy. But I got you beat as far as gains. I started at 4 3/4". Now 8 1/2" So I am almost DLD. Hee.

Thanks, JonPop. Congrats on the remarkable gains. They are few and far between!! I had a pal from Australia who started under 5" and quit going on 8". I thought his gains were indeed remarkable.

Where have you been hiding, Thunders? Good to have you aboard. Yeah, I actually did stop all PE for a period of 8 months, just to see if the gains were permenent. I lost to just under 8" in length and about 1/2" in girth when I decided that this wasn't acceptable and started back with the newbie routine. It only took a couple of weeks to regain my losses, but made me realize that a maintenence program would have to be a part of my life forever. You ever visited BetterMan?
