What's up fellas? I am 22 years old writing you all from Sin City, Nevada. I tried PE exercises a few years ago, never really had the time to get serious. I am pretty determined at this point to make some improvements. I want to get going because.....well who doesn't want a bigger cock. We all want to walk around in our boxers and feel the thing slapping are thighs right? Well besides that I am a very well built individual. This looks great when I have clothes on, but I fell like my tree trunk thies make my cock look smaller than it really is when I am naked. I am just looking for an overall self confidence boost! Anyway, I'll keep a log going for everyone to check out. I think this will keep me focused and on track. Here's my measurements so far and keep in mind this is with a sewing tape measure. I know, I need to go buy a ruler!!

Hey Guys,


I found this website by accident, searching for different methods to enlarge the penis. I had previously found another website before stumbling onto this one. It was a pretty good site, and I begin doing the exercise routines it provided for beginners. Well, after the first day of completing the workout I noticed that my dick was actually hanging sort of lower. I know it was only the first day of exercising, but it did feel different. Anyway, later the next day I noticed that I was getting erections more often. I never have had a problem before getting an erection, but for some reason I noticed getting one more often.


At that point I was convinced that PE are the way to increasing size, girth, etc..However, after completing the first two days of exercises I was having a problem with keeping onto the time schedule for each exercise. The total duration of the workout that I was doing should take 25 min for a beginner. But, I was taking like a 1hour or a little longer, because I was trying to get in all the reps that the exercises called for. Well after the second workout I am sure I over-did-it and exercised too much. The best way I could relate what happened to me into terms that made sense was comparing it how I feel after I have not lifted weights in a long time. Whenever I go to the gym and I have not been in a long time, the next day I am sort of sore and the day after that I am really sore. Which I think has happened to me doing the PE for the first few times.


After noticing soreness around my penis I wanted to research the PE method a little more to see just if it is safe. That?s when I stumbled onto The PE GYM FORUM. I read penile injuries under the articles tab (http://www.pegym.com/articles/articles-on-penis-enlargement-exercises/penile-injuries-189-306). From reading the article I concluded that I had strained my ligaments. After finding this information I decided that it would be best if I order the book ?Exercising the Penis.? I know that I could probably find a lot of the information online, but my time is worth more than that, and by reading what others say it is a really good resource. In addition, I know I can learn more of the technical aspects of the PE method by reading the book. **Note: I am not anybody associated with selling the book in anyway, I just think seems like a sound resource.So, I am for sure going to start the PE program as soon as I get the book, and I have a excel log to monitor my progress which I will post once a month.

Goal in 7-8 months:

hi PE gym! reggie here. pretty much just stumbled across this site in my long standing search for a larger penis. ive always wanted a bigger member but it wasnt until recently that i started doing something about it. im done wasting money on stupid penis pills that dont do anything except decrease the size of my wallet. ive done a bit of PE before but i had a hard time finding the time for the workouts. now im in college and i got a good amount of free time on my hands when im not in class so i figured i would use that time to improve myself and hopefully finally reach my goal of a larger penis. im really excited to start the workouts and start seeing results!
