    Hello all,

    I have been thinkin about this for a while...But here I am single again about to be 35 this month...and i figured why not give myself the gift that keeps on giving and try this to get a bigger penis.

    I havnt measured yet, but I am about 5L x 4.75w erect...

    I purchased an extender...and have been looking at hanging...and started jelqing but I have no idea how hard to do it.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    My goals at this point are to be 6.5L and 5w erect...that extra inch and a half would look real good.

    Jelqing: Get a partial erection. Make an "OK" sign with a hand, and put the thumb and fore-finger as close as possible to your torso. Now squeeze slightly and slide away (up) to the glans ( your dickhead ).

    DO NOT jelq your glans (head). Ever.

    Once you arrive at the glans, leave your hand in place and begin with the other hand. Once hand #2 has a slight squeeze, let go of hand 1. The goal is to keep you head filled with blood the whole time, WITHOUT any pain.

    Most PE-ers agree that jelqing with a 40% or so erection will target length, and jelqing with a 50% or more will target girth.

    Each jelq should take 3 or so seconds. For the first week, do a set of 50, no more. This will begin to condition your dick for growth. At the end, common face soap will easily remove the lube.

    Remember to "warm-down" Just 5 more minutes of direct hot water while doing general stretches will do , until you learn some more.

    Hope this helps. I'm no expert, just telling you what worked 4 me.

    As for your goal: You might be aiming too low: I thin adding 25% length is reasonable, and adding 15% girth is, too.
