So how Is everyone!? Haha I have been visiting pe sites for years and finally im joining one. I recognize many of you and have watched some of you for maybe years as well. The most familiar person would be kingpole. Anyway I have joined your ranks and I am eager to start learning and enlarging. I am around 7 x 5 but will get exact measurements asap. I could use some advice getting best consistent measurements. Im not always my hardest all the time so measurements may vary. My dream would be 8 x 6. If I got that I would be thrilled. I worry I cant make it. I have done light exercises for years with no results to results in better eq at best but no gains. So I fear im a very hard gainer. Thanks ahead of time for any help guys! and ill do my best to help anyone in need. My routine is very incognito. I try to warm up with a warm rag and stretch on the toilet then get in the shower and warm up more with the hottest water I can stand to do some jelqs and light squeezes. I use a phone to post so bear with me. Like 20 second stretches in every direction. Then like 10 helicopter stretches spinning both ways. Then 50 jelqs and a couple of minutes of holding the base I think its called a uli, with a couple of squeezes. Well thats about it Thanks!!!!!!
