    Hi Gang

    So i'm mid divorce from a woman i've been with for 20 years and there's a new girl in my life. Thing is, after so many years, your genitals sort of get used to each other. You end up doing the same old sex (one of the reasons for this departure?) so your organs 'fit'. She was never able to take it from behind though, doggy style, and I am sure that I was bigger when we first met.

    At first, she could throat my cock and I was thinking "Where does it go? She'll never swallow that!" but over time, all that has gone and now i'm looking at the old man - you used to be bigger.

    So I came across this site like the rest of you did in order to get a bit bigger. I've used a pump in the past and they work but I won't be using one again.

    The girl i've got now - you're not going to believe this - is my first, proper, girlfriend from 30 years ago! I got a text on my phone, called her up, met for lunch and pow!

    She's been married twice and has had 5 kids so my todger doesn't fit! Not like the old woman that i'm leaving behind and the juices are different too. So I want to be bigger. Not too much, but enough. I started this over a month ago at 6" long, 5" round and a big head. Un cut too, which is the norm in England. Ideally I would be 7 and a half to 8" but that's just my ego talking. Another inch and a bit thicker would be fine. Never talked to her about it but hey! Why not? And if you're wondering, yes, it's just like the old times - she wears me out.

    Exercises are jelqing in the shower every day and Kegels. 300 jelqs every day with the odd day off and Kegels but I do it in a yoga style and they are no problem at all.

    Be good to hear from you. I'll measure myself soon and give you an update. I would be very interested in hearing from guys in a similar situation, what you did and what the results were.

    Well I was divorced mid 40's and dated a bit and now have a partner of 4 years.
    Can you explain kegels in yoga style ,i suspect there might be a number of varations?

    Hi Sprint, well if she is wearing you out then she is obviously getting a lot out of the sex - so the gains you seek will be a bonus rather than a necessity.

    Are you doing one of the prescribed programmes, like JP90 or PESG. I'd recommend this just to have a structure?

    The kegel with a yoga slant is to breath. It all goes a bit tantric. From what I see, most people clench that muscle and just hold it, gritting their teeth. You should look at it as similar to a bicep curl. Breath always goes first so breath in, tighten, breath out and relax. Then you move on to breath in, tighten, breath out, breath in again, breath out and relax. All done gently. A 30 second hold - 4 to 6 breath cycles is - is a doddle. Do it every time you can but don't wear yourself out as it can play havoc with your bladder if you tire the little fella out!

    As for a prescribed programme, no I've not started one of those. Thing is, as you get older, the fascination with your penis wanes. Sex changes too so to get an erection at will and to keep it there for any period of time, day after day becomes harder as you get older. So I do what I can but even after a month, there's a difference.

    Anyway, gotta go - I have a date! And guess what i'll be up to?

    You mention relaxing on each breath and then mention a 30 sec hold through 4 plus breath cycles ,is this 2 different techniques?

    Here is a specific kegel hold which should be of use to you . Yoga style kegels are not my area, but this appears to be an advanced form requiring specific muscle control. As I have an ongoing interest in this area let me know how it goes. The 5 Tibetan Rites and Sat kriya

    I'm back and now I know what "shagged out" means - I really do. Holy crap, what a woman.

    I've had to sort some rules out. The bedroom and "Bedtime" in particular are for rest and sleep! I can't go on - this is wearing me out! You know that point where if she asked for a new fridge or anything else for that matter, you'd just say yes and wave your hand weakly? Just like that.

    Anyway. Breath always goes first. So to do a long kegel exercise:

    Breath in, tension and hold
    breath out
    breath in
    Breath out and relax whilst you're breathing.

    The middle two you can extend if you like. You can also do other stuff. If the kegel is to take the focus off the ejaculation, what would it be like if you distracted the kegel which is distracting the ejaculation?

    Anyway, I'm off to look up Sat Kriya and JP90.
