Hi everyone! I joined PEGym this month and after a lot of reading I was finally convinced that PE could actually help me. I'm nearing the end of my teenage years and my unit is more on the small side at 4.7in BPEL and 4.5in Erect Girth. I think I may have already reached the end of my growing age and needless to say, I'm quite unhappy with the size that I ended up with. Thus why I am here today. I started JP's 90 Day Routine about 3 weeks ago and so far I feel like I've already made some small gains especially in the length and girth of my flaccid penis (although I have not measured yet). I am not desiring a massive unit, just a regular one. I would be very satisfied with 5"5 penis, which would give me enough confidence when it comes to sex. If I gain more, it would all be a bonus.
I also figured that this thread might be a good place for me to post the questions that I have about PE. Just to get this common question out of the way, will doing PE result in a permanent erectile dysfunction?
I also noticed that my erect girth has gotten bigger right below my glans but the lower part of my shaft remained the same so the shaft looks as if it goes from big on the top to small on the bottom. I believe this is called the baseball effect. How do I go about fixing this?
Lastly, I would also like to confirm that I am doing the V-Jelqs properly. When I do v-jelqs, my penis points up at the ceiling and my hand is cupped so that it faces my stomach. Is this the proper position?
