Hi there, I am Mike a 55 year old. I came accross this forum after opening up an email with a link on it from my wife 45 year old.

Thanks for the welcome and great response. I called my wife and gave her a little of what has been said.
She agreed that I am quite thick and that 1 or 2 cm would be good. 3cm is maybe to much.
3cm is = to 1.181 inches
She read on this site about a Bathmate HydropumpAdd up to 2 inches in length
Add up to 1 inche girth (circumference)

Just a question to your comment everman, how would JP's be considered to be too much for true beginners.
That was the first routine i ever did when i started to do a little PE, also JP90 should explain perfectly how to go at the routine.
It clearly says: DO NOT go at these exercises with any force.
DO NOT Jelq at 100% erection level.

Imagine someone young and somewhat reckless that wishes to get a bigger penis at all costs they will NOT read those instructions with the right level of attention and will most likely just over exercise themselves, thus bringing injury and pain.
