Hey guys, Im new to the whole "PE" thing so I don't know any of the terms or exercises listed in the guides. (Dont worry I'm not one of those people that expect to have everything handed to them, I well surely dive into reading a lot of the forums and guides to get the jist of things) But nonetheless I have a few quesions. What kinds of exercises increase length and which ones increase girth? How long on average does it take to see results? And lastly How long and often should you exercise for the best results? Thank you guys in advance for any help you might have to offer.
