    Hi guys. I discovered pegym about 3 years ago. I have read quite a bit but have never started but my time of procrastination is over. A bit about my member. Apart from being pretty small 4.9 x 3.6. I'm sure i have a combination of phismosis and frenulum breve. I've managed to get the foreskin behind the glans when semi-erect and i try and keep it there throughout in order to stretch it. It does seem to be improving. Added to these issues i masturbate prone (TMS) trying to stop this ridiculous habit but it is more difficult than it seems. I know people will just turn around and get on with business but when i do masturbate normally it takes very long to cum - up to 40 minutes. Hopefully with time i will enjoy normal masturbation again. I've attempted JP's routine this week though as i live with my parents the smell from hot rice sock leads them to believe i'm doing drugs for some reason. So i'm thinking of dropping the warm up. Also my phismosis issues and just the skin in general makes jelqing really difficult and i find getting my hand in the right position difficult for the v-jelq. Time is quite an issue for me i'm a student at university, i barely have time, though i try to start at 23:00 everyday and the full routine takes about 1hr 45 min but i have done the full number of jelqs in the routine. i tried to incorporate edging as well. My TMS issues does make keeping the right erection levels for jelqing difficult.

    Sorry about the monotony of this post. I'm sure you can tell my penis does not bring me much joy but i hope in a few years time things will be different. Heres to the beginning of my road to a better a life. I look forward to being a useful member of this forum and thanks for the great advice i have already received. This place has given me hope.

    Whoa! How about cutting the time down to 20 minutes. What are you doing for an hour and 45 minutes?

    i warm up and down with a rice sock for 10 min. then try and do jps routine(havent completed it yet though) so we can say do around 100 jelqs. Where 1 jelq = both hands and i attempt v-jelqs but cant get them right dont think i can maintain the right erection level to do it. At the end i edge - i stop just before ponr but due to the TMS issue this takes really long. I know it may seem like i'm overtraining but i'm not comfortable with the effectiveness of my jelqs especially as glans are covered so i feel like i'm only moving skin.

    So are you saying the combination of Stretching, Jelqing (Regular Jelqs and V-Jelqs) takes you an hour forty five minutes, or is it also including Edging?

    Stretching and Jelqing combined normally should take 22-25 mins, and you should Edge for 20-25 mins, this means 45-50 mins a session max. I really don't know what's taking you so long.

    under jps 90 routine there are 150 jelqs and 90 v jelqs. i'm not sure if i'm wrong but 1 jelq = using both hands and 1 v-jelq rep equals to 3 v-jelqs i.e 1 straight up and pulled to the left then right. 3 seconds a jelq and thats already around 30 min plus the stretching, warm up,warm down and edging. You right thats way too long. going to cut things down.

    so i have been pe-ing for around 3 wks so far and i can report gains! My erect lenght is up to 5.1 inches and girth is 4.17 inches( but vould be due to incorrect measurement). The gains are not that impressive but i've calculated it in terms of volume and it shows that have increased penis volume by 30 %! Which i find amazing - my penis does'nt look bigger so i hope these stats are not totally due to bad measurement but not thinking about that at the moment. Going to use as motivation to keep going. I havent been that consistent i try an pe when i can - so the 5 on 2 off is not strictly adhered to. My phimosis and frenulum breve is improving as well. i can retract my foreskin quite far now - phimotic ring is still a bit tight when fully erect though. The great thing about pe is that i'm getting much more comfortable with doing the exercises as go on. I feel like i'm doing them much better now.

    another point to add is i have quite a substantial upward curve. in fact when i'm around 80-90 % erect i measure longer than when full erect. My gains in length could be due to a slight straightening of the penis. Not sure how what the effect jelqing on straightening the penis is though. I havent done any exercises to try and straighten it. I'm not sure if i should. If it was full straight i would gain over 0.5 inches in length but i will just concentrate on my beginners routine for the moment.
