Hi guys. I discovered pegym about 3 years ago. I have read quite a bit but have never started but my time of procrastination is over. A bit about my member. Apart from being pretty small 4.9 x 3.6. I'm sure i have a combination of phismosis and frenulum breve. I've managed to get the foreskin behind the glans when semi-erect and i try and keep it there throughout in order to stretch it. It does seem to be improving. Added to these issues i masturbate prone (TMS) trying to stop this ridiculous habit but it is more difficult than it seems. I know people will just turn around and get on with business but when i do masturbate normally it takes very long to cum - up to 40 minutes. Hopefully with time i will enjoy normal masturbation again. I've attempted JP's routine this week though as i live with my parents the smell from hot rice sock leads them to believe i'm doing drugs for some reason. So i'm thinking of dropping the warm up. Also my phismosis issues and just the skin in general makes jelqing really difficult and i find getting my hand in the right position difficult for the v-jelq. Time is quite an issue for me i'm a student at university, i barely have time, though i try to start at 23:00 everyday and the full routine takes about 1hr 45 min but i have done the full number of jelqs in the routine. i tried to incorporate edging as well. My TMS issues does make keeping the right erection levels for jelqing difficult.
Sorry about the monotony of this post. I'm sure you can tell my penis does not bring me much joy but i hope in a few years time things will be different.
