Happened to find this forum by chance. After a week or so of browsing around, I decided to give the JP90 program a try, 2 days on, 1 day off.
Here's my starting numbers after two days of work (just to get exercise technique down). I tried to be as conservative as possible:
BPFLS = 4.375"
NBPEL = 5.5"
BPEL = 6"
EG = 5.375" (measured at middle)
Short term goal (6-8 months):
NBPEL = 6.5"
BPEL = 7"
EG = 5.875"
Long Term goal:
BPEL = 8"
EG = 6.5"
Does this look resonable or am I shooting too high? Also, I've articles about average size, but they vary so much. Where exactly do I stand at start?
