Well obviously I'm new but i have been reading a bunch of stuff on here for a couple months now.
My intro: i drive trucks across the country and wear my extender 6-8 hours daily but its only in one position (5:25 angle). I get a good stretch but mostly i feel my ligs near my pelvic pulling and behind my balls (weird i know). I do a couples of jelqs (10) each hand and kegel for about 30mins. Just bought 2 wire clamps and used it for the first time and i must say if i could be that plumped and vieny permanently I won't be here for long...lol
