Hello everyone. I have been on this site before, and did PE for about 4 or 5 months. However, I noticed nearly nonexistent "gains" and a severe loss of EQ. Also, I was afraid that at the time I would disrupt my body's natural growing patterns since I had not yet finished puberty. Now, at the ripe age of 21, I'm pretty sure I'm as big as I'm going to get naturally and am looking to give this another try. I am still a little skeptical of all of this, despite the success stories, most likely because I myself didn't see any gains. I am aware of the LOT and TGC theories, and intended to use them to my advantage. I will most likely do a modified JP90 to get myself back in the swing of things, but for the most part I have a high EQ and low LOT. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the gym, from the sound of a severse loss of EQ, sounds like you were overworking back then, doing too much is a good way to not gain anything. Make sure this time around you check your PI's and use your EQ to gauge if you're doing too much.

Yeah I've always had a really high EQ, with the exception of when I sometimes am stressed. It didn't feel like I was over working it, but then again I had a hard time gauging PIs of any sort so I probably just wasn't too sure what to look for. Thanks for the support!

It are only theories. Trial and error is the only advice I can give you. Just do it and find out what works best for you, starting with the JP90 is your best option! Read up and good luck! Oh, and
