    I'm new. I found this page as I was researching edging. I am highly interested in improving my health and performance. Should some PE occur, I will be even more ecstatic. I'm sure the lady will be, too. I want to last longer than 3-12 minutes. It varies based upon arousal and duration of withdrawal between sessions.
    I'm 34, Marine veteran, tall, losing a few pounds slowly, watching but not monitoring high blood sugar, and believe I may have suffered licorice poisoning several years ago, and suffer neuropathy in my feet, fallen arches, plantar fascitis, and unable to find proper footwear for my problems in my size(14 wide) - let alone budget. I know some of this may prove challenging to address. I'm not the only one(I hope).

    What is a good plan of action for my goals? Thank you any and all.

    When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.

    Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!

    I recommend you first condition your penis by following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload!


    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    Stamina exercises contribute to EQ, penile health and gains, I suggest you read through the Premature Ejaculation Forum and follow a balanced regular and reverse kegels routine for optimum pelvic floor health and conditioning, as well as practice Edging for more stamina and control.

      Welcome ProblmChild.

      There's a great read through that may offer some tips on how to identify and address PreE. I think you may find it a good read; Premature Ejaculation.

      Also, we have a whole sub-forum dedicated to PreE related info (Premature Ejaculation Forum), with knowledgeable members addressing the same thing. So for that, no, you're definitely not alone.

          Ty MrB and workin.I'm not victim of preE. Masturbation takes anywhere from 10 mins to 2 hours. The avg time is about 20-30 mins. My long term lady doesn't last very long. Within a few mins of penetration, she reaches her climx(es). I have been with another friend and lasted a little longer. 12-20 mins or so. She's a multiple climax woman. I know that the ladies performance are good indicators of my own size and performance combined with their arousal. My friend is no longer available and so I have made a new friend with whom I have yet to perform. I know every woman is different. I really wish to recapture my 17,18 yr old performance or create a new comparable performance. What I really want is to have a shorter 'recharge' time between erections in addition to more stamina/longer duration, and increase my ejaculate quantity. Ty again members and mods.
