That happens to be one of my sites. No bandwagon jumping here- I've been mentoring men on PE related matters for almost 10 years.

As with most professional services, when you pay for access to a good PE site, you're paying for the convenience of getting it right the first time while avoiding injury, for laying out in a simple a game plan for months and possibly years to come, and for qualified support as well.

There is an exercise that I've experimented with based on PNF stretching (see PNF stretching - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) that I've adapted for PE that can yield great results in easy gainers. Some men have measured up to 1/4 inch temporary gains with it. You may be paraphrasing the description of that particular exercise.

Hey Big Al, its about 3/4 down the page on your website, it says "NEW! A special routine that can yield up to a 1/4 inch gain IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS!" I assume thats what you're talking about dealing with the PNF stretching

There are two routines that I think are great at boosting temporary size- The PNF stretch and the "Shocking Routine". That text was meant for the "Shocking Routine" which is very advanced.
