hey, man, you have no basic knowledge of acupucture? but you may know how important the role kidney plays, far more various than a 'penis-juice' source, coz it also contributes to the muddy eyesight, backache, neurasthenia,etc, and on the other hand, it has to go through a self-Senescence process...
Simply to kill the sexual dysfunction is only a small part of the benefit of Qigong, even if the penis qigong mainly works on penis.

Can one meditate and be happy at the same tiime. Or does meditation require a mood of sadness?

i hate sinuses also, coz i spent nearly 15, 000 to effect a radical cure upon it for my father..he still can't get rid of it.. fortunately, it's not hereditary, or i will die of it, in poverty...wish u good luck.

Have him try white gensing, just a little bit. White gensing is potent. Don't rely on western medicine it is shitty.

thanks for the advice, and he's been weary of western medicine now, and he was treated by puncturatio last year.

oh, i only received a version of iron crotch(which is full of Chinese medicine terms and acupoints), from my friend who said will share the howto iron penis qigong videos with me later, but this Chinese friend of mine, is able to lift some weight on his penis, and more importantly, he becomes more refreshedly robust now. This poor guy abused himself too much as a young boy, and destoryed his kidney. The ever-lasting big eye bag and insomonia prove well.
I blamed my drooping penis to seeing too much porn and overfucking before my 30s. I hate myself for that.
By the way, does any one of you know Chinese? there're many free sources for this qigong in many Chinese forums.

Im begining to think that Jelqing originated in China. Have you looked at the PE videos on the forum. Do they resemble in any way the iron penis qi-gong. I incorperate Qi-gong into my ti chi workouts I am a novice at it though would like to know a few more qi-gong exercies.I use it to work out the kinks from work which is very physical. and the gym where i lift weights.

I take it that ypour Chinese are you watching the olympics China is doing reamrkebloy well in these olympics. They are beutiful to watch. I healed myself from a life threatening illnesss with chineze herbs, Bible scriptures, and lots of qi-gong.

I have added Tai-Chi and Chi Qong to my fitness routines. I would be interested in more information on the Iron penis routines. or where i can find them on the net in english. The type of Chi Qong I have begun to incorporate into my routines is Spring Forest.
