mean,

To look at my routine I placed it on YOUR PE COMMITMENT. This started the new hanging, stretching and Jelqing, after 3 month after I completed the Newbie Routine. I started in October 15, 2005 and up until February 15,2006. Between 5-6 months.

Default Hanger

mean,

This is with out the weights, one thing that I found out is that you don't have to squezze penis to death, to stop it from slipping. All you need is a cloth strip 2x12 and a wrap to go over it. Then slide the muzzle on over the wrap and apply the clamp to the out side. In the picture I just happened to come across a plastic hook that is attached to the strap, but the S hook works very well.

lilbigguy,

I am very happy with the gains that I got from this hanger, there isn't much pain to it. Because of the inner wrapings under it, also you really don't have to tighten down the clamp that much to hang the weight. I have hung up to 35 lbs without any problem with pain.

Update: I'm excited to try this hanger out. Unfortunately, I have been a little busy lately.

I will be trying it out soon though. Lilbigguy, I must admit, it does look a little scary, but what hanger doesn't?

What's important is that it doesn't hurt and it produces gains.

Hi dchang,
The hanger that you are going to use is it comfortable for you? When you start hanging you should start out with a warm cloth wraped around the penis at the base. Next you should do a couple of minutes of stretching. You should have some kind of wrap that will be used under the hanger.

The captains wench is an excellent hanger and really easy to make it was my favorite hanger until bigger came out with his new starter bib. The wench is a great device to start hanging with it's cheap and it works.
