dchang,

No I haven't used a machanical device to gain with my hanging. I use only the hanger for stretching and hanging. When I do my stretches it's with my own body weight, a little while back I started something new with my stretches. This was using two chairs about 4' apart, with feet on one chair and hands on the other. In between the chairs is the weight plates the you were going to use. You attach the weights to the hanger, then do a standard push up lifting the weight off the floor. I did 3 sets for a period of 3 minutes each.

My warm up was with a warm cloth for 5-10 minutes, then after my exercise I used a cold cloth for the same 5-10 minutes.

Thumbs up

The Muzzle Hanger,

This by far is the best home-made hanger I have used. Hats off to Dustpan for thinking of this great product. Compared to the home-made Bib, Captains Wrench, the Muzzle wins hands down. It cost me around $16 (Aussie dollars). The only modification I have made is I have lined the inside of the narrow end with soft velcro which adds a little more padding for when I clamp on that area. Attach a S hook at the end and that's it.

your a genious! haha... i got everything needed for a captains wench, minus the "pads" and the nylon strap. ERASERS! your talking the 1"x2" pink erasers? how did you attach them? i could just cut denim strips to replace the nylon straps too. the pads is where i was hung up. (no pun intended) any extra details on how erasers were used would be GREATLY appreciated. im currently using a swimcap hanger to start my hanging career off and know that i should not try to go too far with this method due to circulation issues.
