Pills, Pumps and Creams?

Ok, Do these treatments actually work? Personally i don't believe any of them do work .. Just wondering if anyone knew if they actually did work for people you knew?

Pills and creams can improve the quality of your erections. Pumps can give you some slight gains, but personally, I think they're dangerous.

The gains from the pills last as long as you are taking them. Once you quit, so does your penis. Creams helps the EQ as well as does pumps. All are temporary. Now supplements are another matter. I'm big into JP's recommended supplements, plus Gingko Biloba.

I use a pump and I have a cream ... I think the cream does help the same way no2 does , I cannot stay hard at all in the pump ( ill use the pump and start off with a raging erection and once i release the pressure even if its only in the pump for 2 seconds i go to like a swollen flasid )

Delay creams do seem to show a positive effect.....
I have a friend in London who had a premature ejaculation problem.
He tried all methods, but told me that cream was the most effective.
He tried one and only one cream - VRX Delay cream.
He said its quite effective and has improved his ejaculation quite significantly.

No personal suggestion but just putting in a word where required

You're right, delay creams do work by numbing our glans so we feel less sensation. The thread was aimed at growth though and the fact is that there is no pill or cream that will make your dick grow. Again, welcome to the gym and good luck with your PE!!

Ok so on pills ; we have recomended supplements, many of the supplements are in pill form. From the small amount of research I have done, the commercial pills seem to have similar ingrediants to this. The main difference of course is cost and this forum says they are an aid to pe, not that they work solo.
I think big AL may be part of an experiment combining pills and pe.

I'd say PEing is about 98% of the factor and supplements just help for that little 2%...kind of like strength training or bodybuilding. Just including veggies with every meal is a huge improvement for PEing. Must be all those healthy antioxidants

Here is a important point; supplements should be on top of a good diet.
I think general exercise and condition help too.
