Thank you! I first started out doing the stretching for a few minutes, and then 200 jelques nd 100 v jelques. I got crazy girth gains in the first few months. So, I was not impressedwith the length gains. I have now got apenis pump to warm up, I stretch for about 25 minutes, and then cool down. I got to 7 inches so I know want to work on girth. I have lost some girth in the first 3 inches from my gains.
I am actually starting that today. I will focus on my first goal of 7X6. I am 7X 5 3/4 right now.
I will keep you updated. I hope I d not loose length. I have thought about hanginf with weights too..I dunno.
I've been doing PE for 6 Months first 3 on and off just jelqing didnt kno much... last 3 more routinely solid PE excersizes... I have been apart of this website for like 1 month lol .

That varies a great deal. I mostly go for more than an hour, but I often break it up over more "sessions" if I do much more than that. Taking breaks and doing other stuff, then continuing later..
