felt a good stretch both down and straight out today. 5 min down, 1 min SO. EQ this morning and afternoon was great, woke up with morning wood too so another good sign. um that's all
going to try and do my routine earlier in the day from now on so i don't end up posting too late anymore.

I'm going to add more info about the stretching. I usually do the stretch standing pulling straight down and trying to feel for a good stretch on the ligaments on the top. At about the 5 minute mark I can feel some good fatigue so I go for 1 minute pulling almost straight out, a little angled to the floor. I'm going to add more time to different directions as I progress.
I'm not too focused on jelqing right now but i make
