    It's simple enough to describe- it's essentially a series of penile stretches done every time a subject urinates. I've never seen a precise description (timing, frequency, etc.), and it's usually considered a less structured way of doing PE.

    Hi Chris,

    I see routines like that all the time. The thing is, there's no direction to it. How often are you increasing reps/intensity? Why are you doing so many jelqs? The volume of your routine is vwery high, and I expect if you were to cut down on it and focus on intensity and regular progression you'll see gains.

    He big Al my name is Chris and I have been doing penis exercises for almost 3 months now. I use to do it 5 days straight and then take 2 days off. I didn't get any gains. So is it best to just exercise one day then really take 2 days off. I also was wondering should you jack off less. Is this a good work out.
    Warm Up for 5 to 10 minutes
    Stretch Schlong for 10 minutes Straight Out, Up, Down, Left and right for 30 seconds at for reps.
    Then I do 30 minute jelqs
    Then I do Horse exercises for girth. Hold the base with a 95% erection and with the other hand squeeze down to the base very slow for 30 seconds. I do this 20 times.
    Then I do the warm down for 5 to 10 minutes.

    i have a slight problem .. i was doing jelqs today and i finished and then started doing some girth squeezes and felt this pain .. i waited like two seconds and stopped .. and then after i warmd up and then was gonna do my edging .. before i started . i was feeling my penis and it felt a little weird. so i was getting concerned .. like i can feel my head but like the rest feels like nothings there .. i mean i pinched my penis i can feel it.. it feels like i lost a feeling .. is this injury serious or temporary and will go away.. really want to know .. i hope it'll go away . but will gladly need ur advice thanks
