nutz659- I'm sorry to hear of your injury. If you can still obtain an erection then there's a good possibility that no serious damage as done. Have you given yourself a "stamp test" or are you able to achieve full erections at all? That being said, I'm not a doctor and if you are as concerned as you seem to be then you should get yourself checked out.

Can you please give me some advice on how best to recover from my PE injury?

I was jelqing too hard on a 95%+ erection. I grabbed the penis at the base (obviously too tightly) and my erection rapidly went down and turtled into a hard flaccid state. I did not feel any severe pain nor did I have any noticeable I have hard flaccid and the bottom half of the glands on my penis head is white. Can you tell me if you believe I have either broken my penis or have done any permanent damage? This happened three months ago and I have seen little improvement. I have erectile dysfunction and do not get erections without stimulation.
