So I havent been lifting for a while. Mostly due to family, work, PE and hockey. I simply dropped the ball. I have been close to 405 in my life on three occasions and each time at 365 or better my shoulders failed me. I had to quit or back off drastically.
I am not trying to right a book or ssek advice, I have enough knowledge of what to do and how to do it. I just need that final goal that has eluded me, The perfetc bench at 405 lbs.

Today i am going to bitch about the fact that i am not playing hockey for two weeks, what the hell is up with that. Why doesnt work stop for two weeks. my kids get school off untill next year, i shouldnt have to pay bills for two weeks. Right when i am needing an outlet, a way to take out my frusterations the damn hockey league takes two weeks off and I have to bite my tongue, if only I could smash some poor bastard as he races towards my net in hopes to get a puck before I get to it. i am faster
