Hey, I'm doing a water fast of 2 weeks to help with hard flaccid, I'm well aware this isn't likely to cure me but I want to get my body into a good setting before I start physical therapy. My HF didn't happen from injury, it slowly happend over time and I have no pain or trigger points at all, I do however have a anterior pelvic tilt that is definatly noticeable from the massive curve in my spin and the fact I find it hard to balance when standing, could you talk me through what you did, how long it took and how you did it in great detail, I don't often have the chance to speak to anyone that's recoverd so I want to use this opportunity.
