Hey Captain. I started the progressive hanging and I gained 1/4 in about a month, I have been hanging with more weight but less sets and even taking rest days. I feel the lig pull even if I take a day or so off. i have been trying to maintain 3 on 1 off and it seems to be working well. I am now doing my first set with 20 to 22 lbs depending on the day.
