Week 1: One 10 minute session per day
Week 2: One 15 minute session per day
Week 3: Two 10 minute sessions per day
Week 4: Two 15 minute sessions per day
Week 5: One 20 minutes session, one 10 min session, per day
Week 6: Two 20 minute sessions per day
Week 7: Three 20 minute sessions per day
Using my DP-4000, using cycling Hgs of 1.8" to 3.6", 5 second intervals.
Most of 2012 was doing various hours with the Penimaster Pro. As time went by I was just doing 60 to 80 minutes per session, struggling not to have a swollen frennulum.
In Dec 2012, and now Jan 2013, I can now do 2 hrs to 2 hrs and 15 minutes twice a day. When motivated, I can get a third session in at night. It may have been that I over did things and made my frennulum prone to edema. Just taking things easier for a number of months has things more to my liking. Able to go with longer sessions.
Getting in 6+hrs a day of Penimaster Pro extending. 600 to 700 grams, is what seems to be my sweet spot.
Average session is 1.5 to 3 hrs & then I take a 20 to 40 minute break, sometimes a couple hrs of break time to do other things.
I am trying not to over do this, but wearing this thing, is great.

This is now at the 3 week mark, since it arrived. Start of year 4 of extending.
Now able to get in 8+ hours a day of extending. Usually 2.5 hr early morning, 2 hrs mid morning, 2 to 3 hrs afternoon, 2 hrs after dinner.
The in between time breaks allow "rest", and I find my optimal time to be "in the PMP", is 2 hrs.
