I had lost 35lbs and since my injury have gained back around 20lbs. I had some really good weight lifting sessions this past week. I try to lift 5 days a week. Wynn, I appreciate you getting back to me with the photos of the drift weights. I am 3 weeks out from finishing up JP's90. However, this past weeks, I have upped the Jelq's from 3 sets to 4 sets of o's and v's. I have also added in kegles with squeezes. I do over 100 kegles everyday. I have also added in stretches and using tension wrapping to cement the gains. I know, you are probably thinking that this is way too much? However, I am really pleased with results so far. I am determined to gain at least 2" in both length and diameter. I really want to exceed 8"x6". How long have you been at it, bro? And what about hanging? I will either start hanging next month or if i can get the bucks together, without the wifie knowing it, I will buy an extender. How have your result been? Any thoughts? Thanks!
