Hey Dustpan. I cannot help but notice the extreme gains in EG you have made over the years. My only goal at this point is to improve me EQ and my EG. Right now my routine is going to consist of flacid bends, ulis, horse sqeezes, compressors, and erect bent squeezes. I was thinking of doing some traction wrapping as well, not sure how well that works. In any case, do you have any tips? I always like asking the successful how they succeeded.

Dustpan, good to see you online. Hope all is well. I wonder what routines you're doing these days? I recall seeing an old thread remek started called 'Dustpan: the extreme PE'er', seems you do what some might consider radical.
Oh, and I just have to ask about those tremendous girth gains? A lot of clamping? Other exercises? Sorry for being somewhat vague, anyway as I said good to see you online.
