Hi Phinch .... my old routine would be like this .... 10 mins warm up Stretching for 15 minutes .... Rotary stretch, jai stretch, O-bends .... Jelq 350 - 500 reps or so .... ( around an hour or an hour and a half ) .... i'd do compressed jelqs or jelq squeeze .... In between every 50 reps of jelq i'd do a squeeze for around a minute (erect penis) (The jeqls after the squeeze are also very effective as there's a lot of blood circulating in the penis) Stimulate and surf "surfing" with the penis till ejaculation .... Hope this helped ....

Hey jorgecl ..... i dont' follow my old routine any longer ..... I just do PE a few times a week to keep the gains coming .... I jelq around an hour and a half with baby oil (Flaccid and Erect)

hi I wanted to ask about JAI stretches and the effect of kegels on the effectiveness of stretching exercises. please explain procedure to do JAI strecthes in detail . I am doing normal stretching for 3 week now and want to increase intensity by adding some jai stretches
There should be ease in movement when you jelq, so if your not jelqing hard which is agiid thing then you need to jelq slower.
