Hi everyone I've been on a little bit of a Hiatus, but it feels good to be back. I'm in Grad School now and work 5 days a week so I've been so busy I kinda abandoned my routine, I would Bathmate it here and there and extend for a couple hours every other week, but I'm excited to finally be back on track. I've been eating healthier and working out and it feels great and I've been inspired to keep it going. I'm so close to my first 1,000 hours and it'll be almost 1 year since I started PE and joined
Well I made it to 750 hours so far, I only gained .10 of an inch but it still feels like I'm making progress, it feels good to be at 6.6 NBPEL, and I was 5.5 back in April. I'm 75% closer to my goal to reach my first 1,000 hours! only 250 more to go then I'll measure again! =)
Finally got to 500 hours of Extending, it's been grueling and hard, since I've accomplished this goal in only 3 months, but I'm going to take a full week of from extending need a physical and mental break! Then I'll get back on and work my way up to the Golden 1,000 hour mark.
I'm going to measure after I let my dick heal for a Week so I'll be at Maximum EQ, will still Jelq and Bathmate in the meantime.
Hoping to be atleast 6.5 by next week! =)

Warm Up
Bathmate Stretches: Left, Right, Up, Down, Straight out for 30secs, 3X Sets
10mins of Jelqs
10mins of Bathmate
Warm Down
Extender: 6 days on, 1 day off (Sunday off)
Minimum 6-8 hours a day

Ok, so I'm starting to get the Hang of this thing (no pun intended) hehe. But my first bathmate session i entered flaccid and pumped for about 10mins and didn't really feel that good of a pump. I know as a newbie to the bathmate your suppose to enter in flaccid for the first two weeks, but I've been doing PE for 4months and had to enter in erect for my 2nd session to feel a good pump!
I went in the pump dry and erect with some baby oil for about 15mins and got a pretty good pump! After
