Hey there flyer, I'me very impressed with the progress you made with the X4. I'm actually looking to do the exact same thing you are and your thorough reporting has helped me figure out how I want to approach this. I have a couple quick questions that I maybe didn't see the answer or hasn't been asked yet. Did you do any warm-ups/downs after extending? Did you take any supplements or vitamins? Also, how many days did you take to condition yourself to the device and after how many days did you officially start your first day at 1400 grams? Thanks so much and great results!

QuantumQ. I would do the same thing again. In fact I am working on the foreskin restoration right now. In a month or so I plan on switching back and doing 3 months or so of the X4. I will be doing the exact same thing again.

Hey FF, based on your results I was thinking of buying the X4. I've downloaded your log and was thinking of following what you did to the T. Is there anything you would have done different or anything you'd advise me on? I've read your thread as well, I got a bit out of it but got confused as well so I thought I might go right to the source as it were. Hope you don't mind dude, I'm a complete noob at all of this.

It's been 6 months since I bought it. Sorry I don't remember overall length. I bought the top model though so it came with extra rods. I think it is 5" overall with 2" of adjustment.

I had a question regarding the x4 extender; i don't know if you bought the standard or deluxe, but what is the range for the extender by itself? Just wondering if i need to buy the deluxe with extender bars or not.

That is exactly why I made the pics public and the started the progress thread. There seems to be so many people who want to know if it's real. If I had known this was possible 19 years ago I would have jumped at the chance.
