Hey I saw ur gains while searching for techniques on jelqing and I made an account jus to ask you for advise if you'll please answer........ How hard do you squeeze when you jelq,(like where it is a little uncomfortable or just like a masterbating grip) do you go slow or fast, does It matter. How hard should my boner be and finally I know you've been asked this but whats your routine, should I just jelq, or should I do other things like moving it in circles to warm up. Do I need a hot towel befor, should I stretch my penis to make it longer or squeeze it, what's all your best exercises and I'm young so do I have to warm up, because im not going to get injured but does warming up help gainsand if so what stretches do I do, I know this is a lot thanks you! whats your routine holy fuck ur gains.

Progressive jelqing. I spent 15 minutes warming up, then five minutes a day, seven days a week. I added an extra five minutes at the
end of each week. By the end of my third month, I was jelqing 90 minutes a day.

What was your routine for the first 3 months of exercise? You said u gained an inch in girth and length. its inspiring.

Hey I was wondering if could help me out. In impressed by your gains. I would like some advice I'm starting an new to this. In going to start stretching and practicing jelqing I would also like to buy a pump what should I get? A bathmate or maybe a vacutech pump? I would really appreciate it.
