    Hi Iwillbebig,

    I wouldn't worry about how big you get, ha, ha, ha. You are starting out above average in length and girth, and the good news is that girth gains seem to be easier to achieve than legnth gains, for most people. But I found that the jelqing (and even the stretching) resulted in gains.

    I had the time, the space, the energy, and the dedication. I jelqed for three straight months, 7 days a weeks, slowly increasing the time spent and the intensity. And I never injured myself--I guess because I approached each session so slowly and so methodically.

    I always spent fifteen to twenty minutes warming up for each jelqing session.

    When I added the stretches during month four, I was jelqing 90 minutes a day, so when I did every stretch you can imagine, I ended up working out two hours a day--seven days a week. That's when I started to make fast gains.

    For the rest of those three months and a half, I GAINED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

    Just to add,
    I am late twenties, 6.25" BPEL by 5" Girth. May be by my seventies I could reach your level if I keep at it.Then again I would have thought it would be too big sometimes. Have you had any problems of this nature? Just curious, I won't need to worry about that myself for a while yet!

    I have read through your "History and Routine" post. Inspirational stuff. Just a few queries.
    Did you always Kegel during PE workouts (during jelqs) or do separately. Any Reverse Kegels?
    I gather you have only ever done manual exercises, other than a bathmate possibly? Is this right?

    I am curious as I have enough private time to commit fully to PE. I am 5 months in with modest gains. I do 5 hours a week at present. I want to stick with manual exercises only and am considering increasing jelqs. The best way would probably be to split them in to mini sessions throughout the day (200ish each time) maybe 5 sessions in addition to normal PE. I think you did something similar, did you do a warm up each time? I always warm up now but believe this to be more for stretching purposes. Its gonna add a lot time wise if I do multiple Jelq sessions and warm up each time.
    Any response/thoughts greatly appreciated.

    Hi Garfield,

    My routine was and is much like Jon Pop's 90 day routine, except that I jelqed for three straight months before adding multiple stretches during month four. I never took a day of rest, contrary to most people here. And I kept increasing the intensity and the length of my jelqing routine on a weekly basis from the first week to the twelfth week. When I started the stretches at the beginning of month four, I was jelqing 90 minutes a day 7 days a week. My warm-up normally took 15 minutes every day before I started the jelqing.     You were large to start with, yes, but it doesn't change the fact that you gained 3", which is mind-blowing!

    I'm delighted to inspire you guys...just remember that I was large to start with--just mother nature's contribution here. That doesn't mean you can't make yourself a bigger dick. Good luck, good pal.

    Ruler measured, straight out against the wall, just under 9". Tape measured, lying down, coming off a woody, 10.5" x 6". My flaccid hang is usually around 6.5" x 6.5". If it's longer, the girth is less. That's also true for the BPEL measurements as well. Flaccid stretch, normally 3" above the belly button, that's around a foot.
