It's probably the same thing but I couldn't say for sure. Too me it seems like there's extra skin there that stretches out really well.

It's a circumcision scar it just looks different on different penises it is sometimes darker. It's always looked normal to me as most people here are circumcised.

Is that a circumcision scar? I'm also circumsized. And I also have a discoloration spot on the exact same place. OMG, if that would be the case I would be so happy. I always thought it was some sort of infection or anything.. Been depressed for it for years.

I assume the discoloration you are referring to in my flaccid pic is my circumcision scar and the pink skin under my glans. It's always been a part of my penis and I like the way it looks. That area of my penis is also especially sensitive so it's great.
