Sounds good to me man, thanks. Im thinking i'll just go with 15 minutes for now and after a few weeks or so i'll do 2 sets for 10 minutes with a 2-3 minute break in between.
Also, i'll consider the stretching afterwards too. I was talking to bigO about doing a really light 20 minute hang either before or after workouts. I have a lot to think about.
I just spent quite awhile going through your log GTO! Would you say it's better to pump for longer periods of time at a lower HG or shorter at a higher HG?
I'm currently doing about 10 minutes stretch, 10 minutes jelq, 10 minutes edge, 10 minute pump and then another 10 minutes of edging.
I'm usually at 4hg but after reading through your log I might bump up to 15-20 minutes and lower to 3hg
