Hi there. I first encountered PE around 2 years ago but I stopped after around 4 months when i thought I got to where i wanted to be. Now, I'm continuing with intention to reach the limits (or at least until keeping an erection becomes a problem).
Here is my progress so far:
Starting BPEL: 4.6", Starting EG: 5" (EG measured first at the start of the 2nd month)
1st Month: BPEL: 4.6" (+0)
2nd Month: BPEL: 5.07" (+0.47")

Try these for flaccid length and girth.
I do 10 dry Jelqs at the base, every time (after) I piss. I then do about 10 seconds of Helicopter shakes followed by (1st piss) five large circle stretches to the left and then the right, pulling tight against the belly and thighs. Then a few more seconds of Helicopters with a few more dry Jelqs at the base.
(2nd piss) Six stretches. Increase the stretches by 1 every time you piss. I usually get
