Well, that depends on how long you have been doing stretches etc. I performed stretches,jelqs etc for 3 to 4 months,realized some gains, learned safe limits regarding ,what caused pain,tingling numbness etc and then began with the extender, slowly starting at the recommended setting 130mm for me and then put in the time.Both methods worked, but the device just makes being active at PE convienient.Try to purchase the extender with two loops not one, it holds better,then it is just a patience game...............I hope this helps any questions I will try to help out cheers E

you are more thank welcome, and so far i can already see results, in the way i hang most of the time rather than "shrinking " most of the day... i also am getting harder erections that last longer ... as for gains regarding size its still small, but ill be posting new pics and measurements soon in 2 weeks or so ... how is your experience so far , are you regular ... i find that using a blend of olive oil - clove oil create a great lubricant for JQ , and jq.. also i prefer to warm up and stretch in the shower
