I have already asked this question in an earlier post and no one could seem to give me a definite answer. I have been doing PE exercise now for over 4 months now and I am uncircumcised also. I have tried to hold my foreskin back while jelqing but just can't really get the hang of it. I didn't want to leave a message in your post because I didn't want to start a big argument with some of the senior members. I feel it comfortable with my foreskin left over my glans and have had good gains to show for it. My gains are 1 inch in both flaccid and erect length. What it boils down to is what you feel comfortable with and if you don't see any gains in the first couple of months or so you could always change and try the other way. Again the option is up to you and good luck with you gains.
