It may be helpful for me if you tell me what your routine is then i can elaborate from there, I'm sure we are doing alot of the same things just maybe in different ways. I will say though, I think it is necessary to find a way to keep it elongated while flaccid as long as you can after a work out, or through the day in general. What i do is in the evening when relaxing watching TV i tuck it between my legs in a fowfer position this helps keep it elongated, also when i go to bed i start out sleeping this way. If i wake up and its not there i just put it back between my legs. I really believe this helps with the cementing process.
