Thanks for the rep. But for real I just want all of us to be careful and understand that overtraining in anything can be harmful. Safety first, my brother, for real. Your pelvic muscles does need more fibers but just toning; that's there is to it, and you are good to.

CAn drinking too much of it backfires ?
When i first tried it i got spontaneus erection i n 5 minutes ..never got one in 6-7 months.

Iv been suffering from a PE injury causing some serious ED for the past six months and you seem to know your stuff when it comes to herbs and supplements so I would love some advice on whether or not i should consinder taking gingko or green tea tablets even though im only 18?
When i had comeplete ED it was "V" jelqs and edging following the jelqs that got me back the erections i wanted. This took several months. Also at the same time i was taking 300mg of Korean Genseng this heklps with erection.
Question: i wanted to know if you still have great EQ because of this routine, and if you need the suppulments to maintain your increased EQ level. I'm currently having diffulcuties with my EQ and need soild advice.

Do you have any advise on what I should do after my break? A routine that would focus mostly on girth but that I could still gain length out of?
I've been PEing consistently for about 7 months now, so a two week break sounds good to me. Do you have any ideas on what I should do when I get back?
