Yeah I know what you mean, the city life isn't for everyone. I'm personally a lot happier living in a large town, in a house a garden!

I live in Brisbane by the bay and can walk to the beach from my house, like the lifestyle here.
Cairns is one of the few places in Australia to be heavily affected by the downturn.

Was in London in 84 doing judo, visiting family etc, went to the uk again in the early 90's for a few months and again for a few weeks a couple of years ago. Great place to visit, don't want to live there.

Hope you do get to aussie one day.

Yeah, origionally London and now I live close by in a town called Hemel Hempstead.
I'm 26 and actually really want to move to Australia! I've been on serveral occasions (I have more family 'down under' than I do here!), mostly to Melbourne where most of them live (although if I could live anywhere it would be Cairns in Queensland!).
I've been PE'ing for just over a year and have seen good gains and have soaked up a lot of information!
