Did my 3rd PE session today. After the 1st day (see previous blog post), I did another day following this, then took a day off where I couldn't find time, then did another session today.
Both session since my 1st one have followed the following routine:
10 mins warm up
Stretches (helicopters, L,R,U,D,O, kegals and circles)
100 Wet Jelqs
60 V Jelqs
5 mins warm down
This routine has been taking me about 25 mins and it feels good. Over

Day 1 of PE'ing complete
Routine
Warm up for 10 mintutes
Stretching ~ , helicopters, right, left, up, down, out, all with 25 kegels and 20 circles
Wet Jelqs x90
V Jelqs x60
Warm down for 5 mintues
Was pleased that after a dodgy start where I got wood really easily, that by the end that hasd virtually eradicated and I could control to not get fully hard. I stopped twice overall in all those jelqs when I thought I was getting too hard.
This is not going to be a very exciting blog. Just a simple way for me to keep track of my progress, and report any problems or successes I encounter as a complete PE beginner.
