I have gained about 10mm in 3 months from wet jelquing 10 mins a day 5 days a week, but haven't deen an increase in girth. Any ideas on which exersizes i should be doing for girth size? cheers.
I think I'll give your routine a try after my current one, it seems to be good on time. The one I'm currently doing isn't too time consuming, yet.
I'm also going to start doing kegals today as well, how many do you think should be done? I read somewhere about doing 100 a day or something.
I've been having a hard time jelqing, with technique and erection level. I have to stop every once in a while to let it subside. Currently I'm doing around 50-70% but might switch to 30-40% since I'm more interested in length as well. I feel like I could always go back and do a girth routine later on.
