Hi there, I saw your thread on hanging and it has inspired me. I've started my beginners routine again as it has been a year since I PE'd. But was thinking of starting hanging in 3 months time.
What do you use as wrapping? I see you are very versed in the way of the hanger.

hi sir, your advice to bob caught my attention. I notice that there is ongoing comraderee here which i want to share with. Ive check your profile and notice that your doing hanging also . Ive read some post regarding it and right now doing it starting with 3lbs to 8lbs at the moment. I already gain 1" at my bpel before i resort to it. couple of months pass yet no gain happen. I just incorporate hanging for according to others it will speed up my gain. Can you give techniques on proper hanging and is it necessary to have a bib hanger or just the homemaid one? Mine was a hose clamp. Thanks in advance. Anyway Im fin from philippines ,hope you'll be patience with my short english.

I love your pix of your hanging routine. Few questions if I may, answer them when you have the time to do so.
I noticed you use "Cable Cuffs" to utilize your penis being secure while your hanging. What size cuffs did you buy ? What seems to work the best for you ?
Also when do you wrap ? After a PE session ? How long should one keep ones penis under wrap? What type of material do you find to work the best?
Do you happen to wear penis clamps, penis rings ? If so how long & after what PE'ing exercises ? + and - aspects of wearing a penis clamp, penis ring, cock ring, etc after a PE session.
One reason was given that you SHOULD NOT wear a penis ring after a PE session so that all of your legiments, blood flow, etc are able to fully relax to allow as much blood back into your penis. The other reason was that you SHOULD WEAR a penis ring(s) to help keep you engorged as long as possible without painful discomfort of course.
