There is and herb that is called the "anti worry herb" or "anti anxiety herb". That herb is green tea. But check on your medication lablrs to see if would be safe to take green tea with these medications. Usually it will be in the contraindications paragraph.

Tribulus may actually increae anxiety, Genseng will increae it as well. Ginkgo may nuertralize the SSRI's. Im not sure waht arginine would do.
