I am creating a habit of doing kegals all the time: waiting at the grocery, waiting on hold, waiting at a stoplight, waiting fo rhte microwave, brushing teeth, etc. Easy to get good @ it.
Motivation and keeping up on the progress is just what I'm looking for as well.
As for my routine, I do a 5-minute or so warm-up in the shower with water as hot as I can tolerate. I do jelqs with a 30or 40% erection (not more because I am targeting length). I use vaseline, as the water can't wash it off. However, at the end, liquid face soap takes it all off in a single wash. I then finish with a warm-down, which includes stretches straight out, up, down, left, right, each for 10 seconds. So my whole shower routine is about 20 minutes start-to-finish.
"Kegals" are doing wonders for me as well.
I am just adding "fowfers" (sp?) in bed just as a general stretching workout.
Although I have "only" added a quarter inch in erect length in my month of PE, I am already hanging flacid MUCH better.
Hey, Just commented on your post. Since we have the same crazy schedule, and nearly the same starting stats, how about we share what works and doesn't here. I can't be an every-week friend, but it woiuld be interesting to share what results we get.
Nothing more, though, and I won't be posting pics.
