Major late reply, to be honest I have no idea what the diff is between Smooth and Tunica. I have since re-evaluated and discovered it is a super hard exercise to get right and is not the best for new comers. I have made gains after stopping the jelqing. I believe many people drop p.e. because jelquing over strains them and they get no results. I have not tried jelq devices, but can say I don't recommend it. Stretching, slapping and squeezing gave me my gains and I'm going to test the device option now.
