I have small questions. I have been taking ginseng and ginkgo lately but in tablet/capsule forms. Is that okay? Also, how much should I take exactly? I've been using ginkgo which are 2000 mg each tablet, and sometimes I take it 2x a day.

I know you get these questions all day long, but can you point me in the direction of an in-depth DO/MMO training guide? I read the article and it does a great job of overview but I'm looking for a specific routine that I can follow so not to hurt myself trying too soon. I can currently hold a strong kegel for 30 seconds, but I still don't trust myself to attempt a DO. Also, could you point me in the direction of a solid kegel/reverse kegel routine incorporating the towels and such? I don't really understand the reverse kegel towel raise because you're relaxing the muscle, so where's the raise?
