    Feel free to neg rep people. Just don't insult them or call them names. I don't know why you got infracted for that, but it might have been seen as baiting an argument. A lot of hostility grows when people challenge users' ding dongs. Personally I stay away from the whole scene, i really don't care how big someone is.
