That's good man. I've been doing some more research into Lecithin. Everything that I have gathered, the soy content in Lecithin is so refined that you would have to consume over 25 grams of it a day (at least 20 of those pills per day) for it to have even the smallest effect on estrogen production in your body. So, you have absolutely nothing to worry about

. Don't be afraid to go ahead and up the dosage in another week's time. Try 1200mg a day for 2 weeks, then jump it up to 2400mg to see if there is any added effect. I would imagine that the ZMA is also helping you but I'd be careful about upping that dosage because of the Zinc content. Too much Zinc = very sickie. Glad to hear things going positive for you!
