And yes, I do think 5.75 is a great size, not to big but over what I guess
women would say "big". I believe most pornstars considered "big dick" have about 5.75 to 6
or bigger in girth. I cant hardly get that in my mouth. Also, many women would have problems

I do NOT stretch my penis during rest days at all. Tried that for a long period and it did not help. I guess it
would break down instead of build up like with any tissue i guess... but remember this is only my theory
and might not apply to PE...

If you are experienced and have done the JP 90 days, focus on stretch and squeezes and add
a few jelqs in between. Also, but this is only my theory, taking more rest days then you supposed
to, that means not less than 2-3 days! I believe we need good amount of rest. When the penis
feels like it should, you know the feeling, we are ready for more. Another theory is that you should
keep as much blood running through the penis on rest days, I am not totally sure this is right but
I am trying it for the moment. That is, not doing a complete workout, because its a rest day...
but just a little bit of massage or any other way, I currently do a light squeeze and shake it with 30% erect,

depending on your history of PE be cautious but still have a intense workout, warm ups
for 15-20min warmdown at least 5-10 min heat(I do both these with water from shower, I have my zink
close) will leave your penis maximized with blood for a longer period which
would prevent injuries an better growth.

Also, measure regularly, perhaps 1 time each week.

Perhaps you got your answers, but anyway, I think it would be possible to
grow that much in that period, all comes down to how you body reacts and what is best
for you, so listen to your body! I know its hard to do this but it is, what I believe essential for growth!

Take plenty of rest days, listen to your body (that means totally skip the porn
during exercise) and really feel each stroke and blood focusing on your penis mentally,
